On April 3 , Touché Rooftop Lounge & Restaurant, 15 NE 11th Street, opened its doors to a private Grand Opening above Downtown Miami. Acclaimed “Top Chef” alumna, Carla Pellegrino, provided a world-class dining experience at this fancy, 7,100-square-foot and 225-seat outdoor lounge. Touché has everything from a waterfall wall and fire pits to a communal table and LED screens. The lounge sits atop E11even Miami, a 24/7 nightclub and nude cabaret, and features an array of dishes ranging from Classic Meatballs and Beef Carpaccio to pastas such as Lobster Fra Divola and Asparagus Risotto. Main dishes including Colorado Lamb Lollipops; Red Snapper with Gaeta Olives, Teardrop Tomatoes and Caperberries; and Salmon Harissa. The menu will also include sushi and sashimi including the Tropical Citrus Salmon Roll and Halibut Usuzukirui Sashimi for those guests that would like a lighter option or would like to share.

Doors opened at 6:30pm for the private event and reopened to the public at 9pm. There was passed complimentary cocktails, passed hors d’oeuvres, passed sushi, and a lavish buffet. Also a live band, Face2face, provided excellent entertainment. It was the perfect way to kick of a celebration for the Grand Opening!
