With the recent news of Shea Moisture’s controversial ad, many of the brand’s customers have ditched their products for new options for their hair. I personally stopped using them prior to their campaign because it no longer worked for my daughter or my hair texture. In my quest to try something new, I wanted to share 2 brands for your hair as my #SelfCareSaturday review.
In my past posts, I have shared why weekends are my time for self-care. As a mom and wife, its something of a balancing act to make sure I take care of me while taking care of the household. Saturdays are the perfect moment to put on a fave facial mask, do my nails, meditate, and treat my hair and scalp to some additional care.
