Host A Holiday Tea Party With Wissotzky Tea

A stress-free holiday is all I want for Christmas 2019 and so far it has been so good! I spent this past weekend spreading cheer, seeing folks and staying far away from the malls. I am done shopping and now it is is time to unwind and cruise into the new year. But first, I had one more party to host just for the ladies: a Holiday Tea and Ugly Christmas Sweater Party!

It was easy to create and send the following facebook invite:

Hey LADIES!

Join me for HOLIDAY TEA at my home
* 3pm-5pm *

Enjoy Hot Tea + Small Bites + Cheer
in a casual, comfortable setting!

🎁 Please bring a gift wrapped MUG for a fun exchange 🎁

But first some selfies/usies :

Party set up was simple. In addition to the wrapped gift/mug exchange, I had a Mimosa Bar,

….a buffet style spread of Sweet & Savory Bites,

..we played a fun “Sips Tea” game, (similar to the Have You Ever drinking game and if your answer is yes then you would sip tea!)

… and there also was an Ugly Christmas Sweater contest!

👀Watch the participants model their sweaters below⤵️

Thanks to all who participated and Congratulations to Rada @simplysoutherngirlcharm for winning the contest! She received a book from award-winning blogger of The Cup of Life, Lu Ann Pannunzio, titled TEA-SPIRATION Inspirational Words for Tea Lovers courtesy of Mango Publishing and was also gifted some Wissotzky Tea‘s Simply Nana Mint Teas, which was the featured tea of the party!

I was excited to introduce my guests to Wissotzky Tea’s Simply Nana Mint Teas, an exotic mint variety that is an all-natural, delicious tea with Mediteranean origins. Nana is unlike any other variety of mint because it unleashes a subtle layer of earthiness and invigorating minty flavor in every tantalizing cup. Nana Tea is sure to awaken the spirit whether served hot or icy cold!

Easy Frozen 2 Themed Stocking Stuffer Gift Ideas

Easy Frozen 2 Themed Stocking Stuffer Gift Ideas | SobeSavvy.com

Have you seen Frozen II with your family? My 8 year old loved the movie and I knew that would be her Christmas stocking theme for this year. Everywhere you look, there is Frozen II merchandise ready to be gifted this holiday season. Want to put together a stocking filled with items any Anna, Elsa or Olaf fan will love? Then check out my list of Easy Frozen 2 Themed Stocking Stuffer Gift Ideas!

THE STOCKING

Walking in the aisles of Target’s Dollar Spot, I saw this one and only Frozen II Christmas Stocking for just $5! I’ve had it since the end of November and been hiding it from our girl until it’s Christmas Eve debut. I stuff the top with tissue paper in case my kid is tempted to peek. She also feels the stocking to see if she can guess what is in it. SMH..does your kid do that too?

THE TREATS

I like to add some practical treats, meaning items she can use as stocking stuffers. I am gifting my daughter with a Frozen II Cosmetic Set, which includes nail polish, lip balm, lip gloss and a cute, sparkly pouch to put it all in. I found that on in Burlington Coat Factory. When it comes time to wash of that lip gloss, she can use her Olaf Magic Towel, which I picked up from Dollar Tree. My daughter likes to journal, doodle and write and gonna love the Anna Snow Globe Pen from Five and Below. On the side of the pen, it says “Fearless by Nature”, which I think is a great affirmation for girls.

THE SWEETS

There are three times of year that my kid gets to enjoy a plethora of candy. Her Birthday, Halloween and Christmas. She can always expect something sweet from us in her stocking. This year, she will have Jelly Belly Frozen II Jelly Beans that I picked up from Tuesday Morning store. They always have such fun flavors and I can’t wait to try some myself! The PopUps Lollipops has Anna on it and the Candy Fan has Elsa. Since she likes both the sisters equally, I tried to make sure they are both represented in the Christmas Stocking.

THE WILD CARD

The final thing I must always include in the stocking is what I like to call the “Wild Card”, which is an item that she may least expect to be in there. This year, I will include Supernatural- the line of all natural, good-for-you sprinkles. My kid loves sprinkles on everything… cupcakes, ice cream, cookies..so these plant-based, no soy sprinkles are just in time for holiday baking!

Supernatural released a whole new batch of sprinkles (see my unboxing video/pics: here ) in time for the holidays. The Great Big Blizzard combine snowballs, flurries and flakes in a chilly winter sprinkle, which makes it perfect for this Frozen II themed Christmas Stocking!

SobeSavvy Tip: Supernatural sprinkles are available on Amazon and www.supernaturalkitchen.com. Just recently I saw on sale at Whole Foods, so be sure to get you some for the holidays!

Put all those 7 items together and Viola…you now have a Christmas Stocking for the Frozen II fan in your life to enjoy! WILL YOU BE MAKING A THEMED STOCKING THIS YEAR? Let me know in the comments below and remember sharing is caring! Thanks for reading and Happy Holidays!
