Today’s #WellnessWednesday share is for ladies only. Ever wanted to participate in a 5K or 10K that celebrates all women? Well now’s your chance to register for the 5th annual Gildan Esprit de She Cary 5K/10K run happening May 13, 2017!
This race draws inspirational female runners–including a two-time heart attack survivor, a woman running with her twin sister to come back after pneumonia, an amputee, and many others. In fact, since it’s the day before Mother’s Day, many moms and daughters have participated, including one mom running with her 5-year-old, and three best friends running with their three 15–year–olds.
